Note: This report is only relevant for SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server, the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and NZDT Migration projects.
You can use report DMC_NOTE_ANALYZER to check whether all necessary SAP Notes are installed. To do this, the system identifies the latest version of the central SAP Note for the relevant product, and identifies the latest versions of all the relevant SAP Notes that need to be installed. You can then use the report to install the required SAP Notes.
For SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server, there are the following options for running the report:
- You can install the latest versions of all the relevant SAP Notes for the SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server is installed. To do this, choose the Analyze SAP Notes icon in transaction LTRC.
- You also can install the latest versions of all the relevant SAP Notes for the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and NZDT Migration projects. To do this, run the report (DMC_NOTE_ANALYZER) by using transaction SE38.
In the initial screen of the report, in the Central SAP Note field, the system displays the latest version of the central SAP Note for the relevant product. If the required number could not be determined, you can specify the SAP Note number manually. For a SAP System with DMIS installation, the selection for S/4HANA Migration Cockpit is not available.
After you choose Execute, the system lists the SAP Notes that need to be installed. To install an SAP Note, click the relevant row. The report opens transaction SNOTE, where you can install the SAP Note. If no SAP Notes are listed, then all required SAP Notes are already installed.
