Basically, we can blur images with other software like Snagit, Photoshop etc. There are lots of software can do that. But, can we do the same with the built-in Windows Paint? The answer is yes! and you can refer to below steps.
Step 1: Open the image using the Paint. Go to Select and choose Rectangular selection.
Step 2: Next, select the area to get blurred. Here, we want to blur from “The group… till read-mixed concrete”.
Step 3: Click on Resize, select Pixels and unchecked Maintain aspect ratio. Reduce both Horizontal and Vertical values, make it like 70% lower.
Step 4: The size will become small, similarly like below. Now you have to adjust the size by dragging the line accordingly.
Step 5: The final look will be like below.
