The report RBDCHSTA is used to process an IDoc with an inconsistent status, currently status 62. An IDoc could only have got this status through an error (apart from IDocs processed through workflow, the report excludes these from the selection).
This report can be executed with the transaction code SE38 or SA38.
Requirements
Check whether you really have to reset the IDoc status. It could cause data inconsistencies, especially if documents have to be posted twice.
Output
The report displays information about the processed IDoc with IDoc number, message type, status value after processing and a description You can branch to the IDoc display.
