This program enables you to transmit contracts and conditions jointly or separately.
You can choose whether to send:
- One or more contracts
- Individual contract items
- Conditions
If you wish to transmit contracts and conditions to one system, you must enter this logical system as the direct recipient.
If you do not enter anything, the data will be sent to all the logical systems stored in the distribution model.
If you use the classification system when distributing contracts, the logical systems to which the contract is to be sent will be determined via classes.
Requirements
You can only send contracts with a distribution-relevant document type. If you only wish to send the conditions, the contract must already have been distributed.
Output
The system generates one or more IDocs for the contract and the conditions passed on to the ALE layer and transmitted in each case.
