The report RSBCS_NUMBER_RANGE is used to check and correct of BCS Number Range Objects. This report is executable via transaction code SE38.
You receive an error message when creating new objects, such as a new user, new folder, new document, or when sending a new message. When inserting a new entry into a database table, an existing key was used.
This problem occurs in particular in new systems after a system or client copy.

SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
Cause
Inconsistency in the number range objects. Application data was transported without adjusting the associated number range objects: or the number range statuses were manually changed.
Solution
The report checks the BCS number range objects and corrects them, if necessary.
