The report RSBCS_DELETE_ALL is the successor of the report RSSODELT. It deletes (without checking) all BCS data in the current client.

Never start this report in a productive system!
The following objects are deleted (this list is not complete):
- Send requests including documents
- GOS documents (attachments and notes)
- SAPoffice documents
- Distribution lists
- Folders in Business Workplace
- Workflow attachments
- Message control (NAST) document templates
- Rules for inbound distribution (SO28) and inbound processing (SO50)
Important:
No checks are performed on usages. Therefore, deleting data can result in unforeseeable inconsistencies in applications that use send requests, SAPoffice documents, or other BCS data. The above-mentioned applications (GOS, Workflow, NAST) are just some examples. Therefore, note the following:
- Never start the report in a productive system.
- Only start this report if there is a current backup system.
- Make sure that the data is no longer required.
- If you only want to delete data that is no longer used, use report RSBCS_REORG, which is intended for deleting data in productive use.
Features
Unlike its predecessor RSSODELT, this report also deletes document content stored in KPRO. Direct addresses and address usages are also deleted.
Deletion is done in packages. There is a database commit after each package is deleted.
Selection
If the Test Mode field is set, data is not deleted, only counted.
Output
Number of deleted data records per table
