Purpose
This report PRGN_DISPLAY_AUTH displays the authorizations for selected roles as a table. Each row shows exactly one value interval of an authorization.
A list view of the authorizations is also available on the result screen of a role selection in transaction SUPC.
As in authorization data maintenance, the following information is displayed for each authorization interval:
- Activation Status:
- Active or inactive authorization.
- Maintenance Status:
- Standard, Maintained, Changed, or Manual.
- Field Changed:
- Fields are marked as ‘Changed’ if the maintenance status of the field is ‘Maintained’ or ‘Changed’.
- OrgLevel:
- If the authorization field relates to an organizational level, the variable name is displayed. If you have set the ‘With Organizational Levels’ option (default) on the selection screen, the role-specific field values of the organizational levels are shown for the relevant fields.
- If you have defined the field values of an organizational level individually, ‘Individual’ is displayed.
