Purpose
This report CNS_CP_DELETE selects change pointers and images in accordance with the selection parameters and deletes them.

Integration
You can start the report on the SAP Easy Access screen under Cross-Application Components -> Change Notification Service.
Selection
- The combination of the parameters Application ID and Export Object Type uniquely identifies the change pointers in the receiving application.
- If you choose the status Processed, the system deletes all the change pointers and images for which the retention period has expired and that the generating application has created and processed for the receiving application. If there are multiple receivers, the system only deletes those change pointers that have already been processed by all receiving applications, meaning that the status for all receivers is Processed .
- If you choose the status Incorrect, the system deletes all change pointers an images for which an error occurred during processing. If there are multiple receivers, the system only deletes those change pointers that have already been processed by all receiving applications, meaning that the status for all receivers is Incorrect .
- If you select All, the system deletes all change pointers ever created by the generating application. In this case, neither the retention period nor the status of the change pointers is taken into account. We recommend you use this option only in test systems. Using it in productive systems could result in inconsistencies in the receiving applications.
