The program deletes the entries in table EDISYN. The program can always be used if the entries in this table are incorrect. The deleted entries are automtically generated again during IDoc processing from the entries in tables IDOCSYN and CIMSYN.
From Release 4.0A, the entries are also deleted automatically during post-processing of an import when IDoc types are transported. If an IDoc type is imported from a system with a release version before 4.0A, the table entries are not deleted and can lead to syntax errors in IDoc types. If this happens, the entries must be deleted from table EDISYN.
