The program RSETQSEG is used to sets the qualifier indicator for a segment in table EDISEGMENT and subsequently inserts the segment in a transport request.
Only one field in the table is changed and the modification is not logged in the attributes (last changed by, last changed on). The transport request is requested in the dialog step.
