You can use this report RSUSR_AUTH_DATA_VERSION to display a version directory of role authorization data in a client. Only saved role data is analyzed.
Selection
Role: Name of a single role.
Output
For reasons of accessibility, the result list is output as an ALV list. The first result list provides the version directory of a role:
- Version of Role
- Date and Time of Role Version
- Profile Generated
- Profile Name
- Date and Time of Profile Generation
If there is no entry for the profile, there are two possible reasons:
- The profile has not been generated.
- The profile was generated, but its content has not changed, so no change document has been generated for this event.
Activities
After a single role is entered, a version directory is displayed. There are two actions that you can perform on the result list of a version directory:
- You can display a list of all values that the selected role had at this time, by either clicking a version, double-clicking any other cell, or by choosing ‘Display Details (F9)’.
- You can compare any two versions in the result list of the version directory. To do this, select two versions and choose “Compare (SHIFT+F8)” in the menu bar.
