The RBDIDOCR report reduces SAP basic types for IDocs so that they can be adjusted to different applications.
Enter a name in the initial screen which identifies the reduced message type. Reduced message types are derived from reference message types. For business and technical reasons not all message types can be scheduled as reference message types. Use F4 help in the following screen to display reduced message types.
You can select segments and fields relevant for distribution in the application in the reference message type.
A reduced message type is created in the system independently of the client. Writing change pointers for this message type is activated in the current client. Deactivating suppresses writing change pointers.
A reduced message type can only be deleted, once it has been deactivated in all clients.
