You use this report RCATSFAW_SERVICE_ATTRIBUTES to hide the following fields for a specific quantity of CATS data entry profiles:
- From the data entry area of the profiles
- Fields of the service attributes (CATS_SA_ADDFI-SA_FIELD1 to CATS_SA_ADDFI-SA_FIELD10)
- From the worklist of the profiles
- Fields of the service attributes (CATS_SA_ADDFI-SA_FIELD1 to CATS_SA_ADDFI-SA_FIELD10)
- CATSW-TASKTYPE
- CATSW-TASKLEVEL
- CATSW-TASKCOMPONENT
The system added these fields automatically to all profiles when the business function PRS_HCM_CPILS_1 was activated.
When the business function is activated, the system executes the report automatically to hide the fields again. This prevents the fields being included in the profiles although they are not used.
It is usually only necessary to execute the report manually if problems occur when the business function is activated. The system then outputs a corresponding message in the application log CATS_PRS_SA.
Note
You should only execute this report immediately after the business function is activated and not during normal operations, or else service attributes that have already been defined will also be removed, for example.
Activities
Specify the CATS data entry profiles from which the report is to remove the fields.
Execute the report.
Note
The report removes the fields from the specified profiles and does not output a results log.
