The report RCATSTAL transfers time sheet data records from the interface tables to the target components HR, CO, PS, and PM/CS. You can trigger the transfer of data records to several target components in one single step.
You can use criteria from the HR Organizational Assignment infotype (0001) to select the data records for transfer. You could select the records according to a specific cost center, for example.
Integration
The report RCATSTAL links and standardizes the transfer reports from HR, CO, PS, and PM/CS. Parameters that are only permitted for certain target components are indicated as such in the selection screen.
If you have two separate systems installed, one for Human Resources and another for Logistics and Accounting components, you must run the report for HR separately in the HR System. Data can be transferred to CO, PM/CS, and PS in the other system in one step.
Prerequisites
To execute the report, you must first make all of the component-specific Customizing settings in the target components, as well as have the authorizations necessary to execute the reports for transferring into HR, CO, PS, and PM/CS.
