RPCDGMD0: DUEVO Statement for Employees (Part-Time Employees)

This report prints out one line (the heading) of the notifications created with report RPCDUVD0/RPCDGVD0. It is mainly used for printing out DEVO notifications. DEVO notifications are known to exist as wrongly identified DUEVO notifications or because DEVO notifications were required.

In both cases, the administrator can determine this information and fill out insurance documents manually. In the case of incorrect DUEVO notifications, this must be determined before additional notifications can be created.

The records created with the reports specified are read and selected based on the selection conditions. Due to the amount of possible notifications, a one-line display was chosen. The field headings had to be kept short for this purpose. The abbreviations are explained below. Statistics are printed out at the end of the report for verification purposes.

The following parameters in the upper part of the selection screen are important for the run:

  • ABRECHNUNGSKREIS (optional)
  • ABRECHNUNGSPERIODE (optional, format MMYY) – if empty, the payroll period is read from the payroll control record.
