RS_LOAD_FORMAT_ADM: Load Format Management

RS_LOAD_FORMAT_ADM is a report used to manage ABAP loads in the system. Its main purpose is to identify old or obsolete loads and remove the ones that are no longer needed, while keeping the active ones.

In simple terms, it checks whether there are ABAP loads that became outdated after a kernel upgrade or hardware/platform change. The report shows the load format together with its usage status, so you can see which ones are still active and which ones are no longer used.

Normally, before a kernel upgrade or hardware change, you should make sure all application servers are using the same load format. After the change is completed, run RS_LOAD_FORMAT_ADM to review the existing loads. If a load is shown as inactive, it can be deleted safely by selecting that row.
