The report RSTLAN_LANGUAGE_CHECK checks your system’s language settings. If it finds a problem, you can double-click the error to see the SAP Note explaining how to fix it.
The checks are,
- General consistency check of the (language) transport tools – check whether locks exist or whether import jobs are still running
- NLS configuration of the language – code page, profile parameters (also see Note 42305)
- Check of the language imports
- Language maintenance and language level of the individual components (also see Note 195442)
- Status of the language supplementation in general and of the individual clients (also see Note 1156507)
- Check of the language load (also see Note 110910)
Note:
- If you see a red light, it doesn’t always mean something is broken. It just means you should double-check that specific area.
