
The report /UIF/CLEAN_LREP is used for a cleanup of obsolete files in the layered repository.

Prerequisites
In order to run this report, authorization S_TCODE with field TCD and value /UIF/CLEAN_LREP is required.
Selection
The report allows you to select the following:
- ‘Maximum number of times read’ field
- You can select the maximum number of read accesses to a file that needs to be met for a file to be deleted. Select a high value, such as 1000000, to include files that have been read most frequently.
- ‘Minimum number of days not accessed’ field
- You can select the minimum number of days without access that needs to be met for a file to be deleted. Select 0 as a value to include files that have been accessed until now.
- ‘File type’ field
- The type of the file to be cleaned. This field is used for information purposes only.
- ‘Layer’ field
- The repository layer of the file to be cleaned. This field is used for information purposes only.
- ‘Test mode’ checkbox
- If this checkbox is selected, no changes are made.
Output
A list of cleaned files is shown. A summary can be found in the application log using log object /UIF/LREP and program name /UIF/CLEAN_LREP.
Activities
Schedule this report periodically on the front-end server. To create background jobs, use the customizing activity under SAP NetWeaver –> UI technologies –> SAP Fiori –> Create Cleanup Jobs.
