
Symptom
When you execute transaction code STMS_IMPORT, the error “Password logon no longer possible – too many failed attemps” occurred.

Solution
The user TMSADM is locked. So, you need to unlock the TMSADM from transaction code SU01 (in client 000). Then, reset the TMSADM and update the configuration back.
