SPAM: CHECK_REQUIREMENTS – Open ABAP Dictionary Conversions

Symptom

During support pack upgrade you are encountered with below error notification.

Some open conversion requests still exist in the ABAP Data Dictionary 
for the following ABAP Dictionary objects. To avoid inconsistencies and 
loss of data, you must process these conversions first.

Proceed as follows:

- Open a new session.
- Start the Database Utility (transaction SE14).
- Correct the inconsistencies for the specified objects.
- Repeat the import phase. If no more inconsistencies are found,
  the import continues.

Phase CHECK_REQUIREMENTS: Open ABAP Dictionary Conversions

Object Type | Object Name
Table Index | xxxxx

Solution

1. Go to transaction code SE14. Enter the Object Name/Table Index. Select Check and check the Database/Runtime Object.

2. Continue/resume the SPAM.

3. If the error still occurring, go back to transaction code SE14. Fill in the Object Name/Table Index. Go to DB Requests > Created with Import. Select the affected Object Name/Table Index and delete it. You can resume the SPAM again.

Note

This error may occurred due to index creation is not consistent. You may check the status of the Object Name/Table Index via transaction code SE14 > Object Log.
