Symptom
SAP Note 1519872, SAP Database User Profile SAPUPROF is recommended by SAP to implement on SAP system installed with Oracle database. This is to prevent the SAP system unavailability due to SAP schema, database user getting expired and locked. This is also because of some Oracle database releases have set parameters (FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS, PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME) which affected to these SAP schema, database user to get lock!
