1. Right click on your taskbar. Choose Toolbars > New toolbar.
2. In the Folder field, fill in with below input,
%AppData%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
3. Now, you will see the Quick Launch Bar on your right side of taskbar.
Note
You can move the Quick Launch Bar from right to left side of the taskbar. You can also adjust the Quick Launch Bar display as Windows XP by right clicking on it, deselect the Show Text and Show Title options. Ensure, you have unlocked the taskbar (right click on taskbar and deselect the Lock the taskbar) before adjusting the Quick Launch Bar.
