1. Open the Local Group Policy Editor (search it from the Start Menu)
2.Expand the tree as following,
Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates
> System > Device Installation
3. On the right panel, double click Turn off “Found New Hardware” balloons during device installation. Select Enabled.
