Avoid Users to Add & Delete Printers in Windows

Disable to Add Printer

1. Search from the Start Menu and open the Local Group Policy Editor. Browse to below directory,

Local Computer Policy > User Configuration > Administrative Templates
> Control Panel > Printers

2. Double click on Prevent addition of printers and choose Enabled.

Disable to Delete Printer

1. Search from the Start Menu and open the Local Group Policy Editor. Browse to below directory,

Local Computer Policy > User Configuration > Administrative Templates
> Control Panel > Printers

2. Double click on Prevent deletion of printers and choose Enabled.
