You can use transaction code SE13 to add or remove table in SAP buffer. But, please ensure to read SAP Note 1011158 before you proceeding this task.
Execute transaction code SE13. Enter the table name and click on Change. On the buffering tab, select Buffering not allowed to remove or Buffering switched on to add into the buffer. If you are adding the table into buffer, you may need to define the buffering type as well.
