For SAP system installed with Oracle database, there is a function showing the number of not yet backup redo logs. You can get the information by using transaction code DB12 / DB12OLD. This information will not be visible from transaction code DBACOCKPIT.
The value of not yet backup is based from the total amount redo logs as in the /oracle/SID/oraarch directory. If you want to adjust the total number of display – increase or decrease – You can do as following.
From the top menu, go to Logs > Number of redo logs. Enter the desired number and press Enter.
