Transaction code AL12 is a buffer monitoring tool that used to display the table buffer (exp. session) in the SAP system.
You can also use report RSDBBUFF to display the buffer monitoring tool. The buffer synchronization are controlled by below parameters,
• rdisp/bufrefmode = sendon | sendoff, exeauto | exeoff
• rdisp/bufreftime = 120 seconds (Default)
