You are executing the update using SUM tool and in BIND_PATCH phase, below message prompted,

Taken from SAP Note 2594386 – Message “Deviations to calculated level found” in the SUM phase BIND_PATCH,
First of all, this is not an error message, it’s just an information. The message “Deviations to calculated level found” is displayed if the SUM finds additional support packages in download directory or TRANS folder which are suitable for upgrade target system.
Besides the message, the SUM will calculate the support package queue, and show the possible support package level can be calculated in the column “Calculated level” as well. You can mark the checkbox “Take over calculated level” to take over the calculated support package level.
If you don’t mark the checkbox, the SUM process will continue with the support package level shown in the column “Current Level”
