Symptom
The transport request is running too long.
Solution
• Go to the STMS import queue page to identify the transport request that is still running.
• Check for the file system & tablespace. Verify the space is enough to execute the transport.
• Verify the RDD* jobs (RDDDIC3L, RDDFDBCK, RDDIMPDP, RDDMNTAB and RDDVERSL) is successfully finished.
• Verify SM14 update is in active status.
• Verify the dialog/background (at least 1) is in Waiting status. If all the process is full (Running), you need to wait for the work process is free.
• Verify for TP and R3trans process at operating system level.

• Check on TP import log
