Client Copy Cancelled: Last Exit Program RBDLSMAP

You are performing a client copy between 2 local clients.

The client copy activity is canceled or terminated during the post processing stage with last exit program (last action) on RBDLSMAP post processing. The log message of client copy can be obtained from transaction code SCC3.

Solution

In general, there are multiple SAP Notes released specifically for this issue. You can refer to this SAP Note, 1823721 – RBDLSMAP problems during client copy: SUMMARY as this SAP Note helps you to identify which correction should be apply based on the SAP Basis component.

Alternatively, as a workaround, you can skip the execution of RBDLSMAP and run BDLS afterwards in the following way:

1. Run the client copy by SCCL or SCC9 with restart option in foreground mode.
2. Once the BDLS screen appears, click F3 (back) button and the client copy will finish with “Completed Successfully status”.
3. Now, perform the BDLS conversion manually.
