DB02 : Results of Consistency Check

Objects missing in the database

Objects of the ABAP Dictionary which were not found in the database are
displayed here.

This is relevant particularly for customer objects if for example the object was purposely deleted from the database during development or if a database error occurred during creating.

Incomplete or incorrect transports and canceled conversions can also result in the object not being found on the database.

If there was neither an incomplete transport nor a canceled conversion, the object can usually be simply created on the database.

Other Checks

There is a check whether the primary index of tables defined in the ABAP Dictionary were created uniquely on the database.

A further check is mainly for objects in the basis system, which cannot be described at all or which cannot be completely described in the ABAP Dictionary for technical reasons.

If inconsistencies are detected for these objects, they are also displayed here. Generally further information about the type of inconsistency will also be provided.

These checks are only inserted in the tree if at least one object was found.

Optional Indexes (Indexes not created)

Indexes which are defined in the ABAP Dictionary as optional DB indexes are displayed here.

You see here the indexes that are created in the database although according to the definition in the ABAP Dictionary they should not be created at all or not be created in this database.

The indexes that are missing in the database although they should be created for this database system are also displayed.
