Symptom
On transaction code DB12, when you click on Archiving directory status under Redo log backups, the status shows Unknown.
Solution
• Refer to SAP Note 199586.
• Check and correct the archive log directory path.
• Ensure the SAPOSCOL is up and running fine. If possible, please have the latest version of SAPOSCOL.
