Navigate to the JSPM installation directory and look for JSPM text file.
C:\usr\sap\SID\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\JSPM
Open the JSPM file and you will find the version inside.

Alternatively, go to the same directory as above (JSPM installation directory) and execute go command – the action will start the JSPM. From the top menu, click on Help > About.
