Determine Optimum SAP Dialog Work Process Number

Using AL12

From transaction code AL12, go to Statistics > Cursor Cache > All Servers. At here, you can display the total requests for each work process.

Using SM50

At here, press CNTRL + SHIFT + F6 to display the CPU usage on each work process.
