There are two types of transport request status in the SAP system – Modifiable and Released. You can find the status of these transport request by using transaction code SE10, SE01 or SE09.
Modifiable
• Changes still can be added or removed from the transport request.
• Cannot be import to another client or system – the transport must be in released mode.
Released
• No more changes can be done to the transport request. It is released and added to the import buffer.
• The request is ready to be import
