When an issue happens, SAP will automatically create a kernel snapshot. If SAP does not create it automatically, you can create it manually from transaction code SM50.
Steps to create the snapshot:
Go to SM50 -> Click Administration -> Select Snapshot -> Click Create

Steps to download the snapshot:
Go to SM50 -> Click Administration -> Select Snapshot -> Click Administration

Select the snapshot -> Click Download

After that, open the Kernel Snapshot Analyzer tool. Drag and drop the downloaded snapshot ZIP file into the tool.

The tool will show the detected snapshots. Double-click the snapshot, and the analysis report will open automatically in your browser.
