If you noticed, whenever you tried to display any non-dynamic parameter from transaction code RZ11 – Maintain Profile Parameter), the change/edit button is invisible. This mean, you can only edit the parameter from transaction code RZ10 (or from OS level).
But, you can still enable the edit/change mode by typing “int” onto the transaction code field and press ENTER. You will see the change button there!
