Symptom
Whenever you received URLs in Microsoft Communicator 2007, you will need to copy and paste manually the URL to web browser. Instead of that way, you want to enable the URL to be click-able directly to web browser.
Solution
1. Go to Start > Run. Type Regedit and press Enter.
2. Browse HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft and select Communicator.
3. Double click on EnableURL and change the value to 1.
