Initial number of system segments that ESSHM allocates at initialization
Parameter Description
This parameter defines the initial number of system segments that ESSHM will allocate at initialization. If you are concerned about insuring that ESSHM always has the segments that it needs, then set SEG_COUNT, SYS_FREE_MAX, and SYS_INIT_MAX all to the same value.
