You have switch the Putty to full screen mode but you do not know how to revert it back. This happened to us before and we keep pressing the ESC button but nothing happen.
Solution
Move your cursor to the top left of your Putty screen and click on it. The Putty setting bar will come out – You can uncheck the Full Screen mode.
Alternatively, press CTRL + RIGHT CLICK (your mouse).
