Execute transaction code STMS_IMPORT, highlight on the transport request and choose Logs (CTRL + F4).
The date and time will be displayed from the transport request log.
Alternatively, you can use the transaction code SE01. Key in the transport number and choose Logs. The same output will be display as above screenshot.
