1. To find the Boot.ini file in Windows XP, right click to My Computer and select Properties. Select the Advanced tab. Then, choose Settings under the Startup and Recovery.
2. The Startup and Recovey window will pop up. Now, click on Edit. The notepad is your Windows XP Boot.ini file!
