We are getting requirement from the functional team to activate the SAP Business Configuration Set aka BC Set. Please be noted that, the BC Sets can only be activated if there is no production client in the system.
Step 1: Open transaction code SCPR20. Enter the BC Set name and click on F7 (Activate BC Set). You can execute the activation in foreground or at the background.
Step 2: You will prompt a customizing request to save your BC Set activation. Keep the transport request number for you to import on the next system.
Step 3: On the next screen, you will prompt the activation options. You can click on the “i” blue icon to get detail information on the activation.
Step 4: You will receive the notification message “Activation successfully completed” once the execution finish.
Step 5: To get the details on the activation log, you can click on CTRL + F2. This will be useful if you encountered error during the activation.
