Your got an email from your functional colleague and he asked you “Hey bro, how do we avoid transport request creation? Below screenshot shows that changes are prompt for customizing request. This is happening at the QAS / TEST environment.
Solution
Go to transaction code SCC4 and under Changes and Transports for Client-Specific Objects, select Changes without automatic recording. Since this is a QAS / TEST environment, the client role shall be set as Test.
Save the changes and ask your functional colleague to test it again.
