This article will helps you to locate the SAP component from the function module. This will be very useful for you to select the correct SAP component when opening a message to SAP support. Getting the right team for issue troubleshooting will speed up the resolution and avoid gap time to pass / find the correct team.
Go to transaction code SE37 and enter the function module name. In this example, we are using INBOUND_IDOCS_FOR_TID. Click on Display.
Jump to Attributes tab and double on SALE (Package).
You will the application component as highlighted below (under Properties tab).
