In this example, we are going to share you the steps on how to get the total number of users who logged in to the SAP system by monthly period.
Firstly, launch the transaction code ST03N. Under Workload, select Month and in this example we are going to get the total users on June 2020. By the way, you can get the total number of users by Day or Week as well.
Double click on 06/2020.
Double click on Workload Analysis.
On the right panel, you will see the total number of users who logged to the system on June 2020.

i can only see “Day” under workload option i cant see week and month . is there any specific setting to do this ?
