In transaction code STMS_IMPORT, there is no client information displayed. You will need to manually set them every time moving the transport request.
Solution
Login to the domain controller system in client 000.
Execute transaction code STMS. Go to System Overview (SHIFT + F6). Jump to the Transport Tool tab and enter the parameter of CTC with value 1.
Click on save to apply the changes and distribute the connection to other systems.
