By default, the gridlines will automatically be there when you are using the Microsoft Excel. But still, you can hide the gridlines by following steps, (the activity was done in Microsoft Excel 2013)
Method 1
Go VIEW tab and uncheck the option Gridlines.
Method 2
Under HOME tab, press CTRL + A to highlight the background and click on Fill Color. From here, you can pick any color and the output will hide the gridlines.
