The steps below will show you on how do we execute the transport request merger in SAP system.
For the testing purposes, we have created 2 transport request. We will merge K900113 into K900115.
Step 1: Click on transport request (K900113) and from the top menu, go to Utilities > Reorganize > Merge Requests or you can use CTRL + F12.
Step 2: The first request is bound to the second request: The entire contents of the first request will be reassigned to the second request; afterwards the first request will be deleted.
Step 3: You will get the message of, “Requests have been merged (remaining request: SIDK900115)” once the merge is completed. Do checks on objects / tables are assigned correctly.
