Launch transaction code SO16. Jump to Organization tab. Under Export/Import, set the value at the “Import is aborted if document is larger than” field. The values is in kilobytes.
As in this example, we have set it to 1000 Kilobytes, equivalent to 1 MB. Click save to apply and activate the changes.
To verify, you can use transaction code SBWP, attach any file with larger than 1 MB size. You can try and share the result at the comment page.
